Retro Grinder – Parallel, Wizard 1™ & 2™
Flexible, convenient grinding
Grind parallel rubber rollers quickly and efficiently with the Wizard 1™ & 2™ grinding attachments.
Specially designed for retrofitting to any type of centre lathe, the Wizard 1™ & 2™ are incredibly robust but lightweight in construction.
Utilising the latest CAD system, the Wizard 1™ & 2™ provide enhanced performance with greater rigidity. They also place less stress on the lathe slide way systems than their older, heavier-weighted competitors.
Flexible and powerful
Wizard 1™ & 2™ are powered by a 7.5kW or 11kW motor; both are special, high torque, 22 pole, 2800rpm motors
For wheel speed fine tuning, the Wizard 2™ offers greater flexibility when grinding rollers of differing diameters. Its infinitely variable, inverter drive with grinding wheel speeds from 500 – 5800rpm are selectable in 1 rev increments.
Incredibly user-friendly
Easy to use and compact, Wizard 3™ & 4™ are unlikely to interfere with any normal turning operations when not in use.
Easy to fit, the Wizard 1™ & 2™ retrofitting parallel grinder can usually be fitted by our customers at their convenience.
