At Rollertech we can offer a one-stop-shop service to the rubber roller manufacturing industry.
In addition to roll builder machines, racking systems, roller trolleys and heated knives, we also provide a full range of consumables such as polyester film and nylon curring tape.

We can supply a variety of polyester films to use as bandage during the curing process.
Polyester film is available in both 23 micron and 36 micron, in widths ranging from 25mm to 75mm.

- All nylon curing tapes are sold in 200 mtr roll lenghs with the exception of the 13mm wide which is supplied in 50 mtr roll lengths

To fully protect the finished rollers from damage by daylight we can supply UV paper. Widths vary from 250mm to 1,000mm.
To ensure that you are completely happy with the quality and performance of the UV paper we can supply free sample. Our minimum batch size for orders is 100kg.
