Collets for roller manufacturersCollets maintain close tolerances while grinding rubber rollers.

By holding the external ends of rollers around the bearing seats, collets mimic the bearing, leading to greater consistency and reduced waste during rubber roller production.

Technical specification

Rollertech Collets are available in two box sizes:

  • ER32 Box set – comprises 18 pieces ranging from 3mm – 20mm in diameter, includes a 4 morse taper tool holder
  • ER40 Box set – comprises 23 pieces ranging from 4mm – 26mm in diameter, includes a 5 morse tool holder
