One of the key advantages of Rollertech is that we understand the roller manufacturing industry.

For over twenty years our founder, Carl Slingsby, worked in the roller manufacturing industry. Having become frustrated with the lack of machine manufacturers that serviced the industry (a situation that we’re sure many of you can sympathise with) he decided to do something about it.

Developing efficient roller builders

The result of five years of hard work and development, Rollertech created the three roll builder, which is the fundamental piece of equipment for roller production.

Utilising the latest technology Rollertech’s three roll builder applies the rubber coating to the steel roller incredibly quickly while eliminating air entrapment. What’s more the three roll builder has the ability to reduce overbuild and the number of rejects resulting in greater cost savings.

Continuing our focus on the roller manufacturing industry, our product range has developed considerably over the years. We now offer a range of accessories – from racking systems and knife heaters to thermo cutters, wrapping tables and consumables – which are all designed to provide rubber roller manufacturers with efficiencies and savings.
