Rollertech History

At Rollertech, the key advantage for our customers is our intimate understanding of the roller manufacturing industry.

Since 1999, we’ve been providing innovative roller manufacturing solutions for both new and existing businesses.

Our founder, Carl Slingsby, has over 25 years of roller manufacturing knowledge and, rather than relying to a collection of different and independent suppliers, he saw the opportunity to leave manufacturing and create a business dedicated to the Roller World. The aim is to not only provide machinery, accessories and consumables, but also to offer expert advice on processes and quality efficiencies through ISO9001.

Building the Future

The first major development was our Three Roll Builder - our latest model, is the 1750 Auto T model. This robust, simple to operate machine, delivers a consistently high quality build and gives our customers a real advantage. Indeed, roller manufacturers worldwide are benefiting from our Three Roll Builder, with our machines producing rollers across 5 continents.

We are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to improve and facilitate the rubber roller manufacturing industry.

Optimus is our new range of grinding machinery, developed specifically to meet the requirements of rubber roller manufacturing. Optimus grinding machinery is a range of high-tech grinding machinery that is allowing the rubber roller industry to embrace the future and grind a new way.
